Locked out or forgot your password?

Dealers / Suppliers / Ford Partners

  • If you know your current password then click here to change your password
  • If you don’t know your password, contact your security admin or local help desk to obtain a temporary password. Once you have obtained your temporary password then return to Password Manager to change your password
  • US Dealers - Please contact your Dealer Security Admin or Web Support Group at (800) 790-4357 (Select Ext. 2 Then Ext. 6) if assistance is required
  • Canadian Dealers - Please contact your Dealer Security Admin or email your Business Support Analysts if assistance is required
    • Western Region email - 2HELP@ford.com
    • Eastern Region email - 2HELP1@ford.com
    • Quebec Region email - qcaide@ford.com
  • All other partners – Contact your local helpdesk for assistance

Suppliers with COVISINT ID

  • This process does not apply to manage your COVISINT password
  • If you know your FSN ID password click here to change your password
  • If you don’t know your FSN ID Password you can set it using your COVISINT credential.Go to the Password reset page
  • If you are still having issues contact your CSA (Company Security Administrator) to set a temporary password. Then go to the Password reset page to complete the process
